This rendering was done for some folks who are building their first house on a rural property outside of Telluride, CO. They have a nice design and plan to break ground for construction soon.
Building a house is a challenging undertaking. Many decisions need to be made and a lot of time and money is required. Seeing the rendering of the finished house gave the owners a big boost in enthusiasm and confidence in their plan. It also provided a great way to share the plan with friends, family, contractors and lenders.
