These renderings are for a development in Durango, CO. All of the residences shown share the same floor plan. There are five unique exterior styles and each of those is further divided into warm and cool materials palette variations.
These renderings were prepared for submission to the Telluride Historic Architectural Review Commission (HARC). The project is within the Telluride National Historic Landmark District and a multi step approval process is required. Continue reading “HARC Streetscape Renderings”
