planned development. Above is "RiverGate Lane". Open Range Imaging also
produced "RiverGate
Park", a perspective from along the river. "While we initially
retained Open Range Imaging to provide marketing imagery," said J T
Howell, a project
representative, "an equally important usage became immediately
apparent. The ability to see the color and texture pattern across the
project allowed our design team to fully resolve the exterior appearance.
The result was so successful that, in addition to construction drawings, we provided the masonry contractor with
copies of the renderings to use as a reference map of the multiple
exterior surfaces."
"The final renderings are being widely published and are a key part of our marketing collateral. We love the way the images
showcase our project, and the design review use was a great added value.
We're planning to get Open Range Imaging involved even earlier in our next
