Trimble Crossing is a development of 64 residential and 22 commercial units. The residential element utilizes three building types. One and two level, two or three bedroom, duplex and triplex units. The residences surround a common clubhouse with extensive amenities. A series of ponds, pathways and extensive landscaping are planned. The project is located on CO 550 approximately 10 miles North of Durango, Colorado
